In this day and age customer service is just a slogan that means we assist customers if we feel like it. We would like to commend one of your staff, Sharon Kay Masterson, for customer service above and beyond all expectations.
Through all of the problems we encountered about legally subdividing the vacant lot, the confusion of similar names and coordinating two closing with three different parties in one day, she did a wonderful job.
We were shocked that on the day her father passed away, that she was at our house that evening talking to us about FHA inspection procedures and what we needed to do to bring our home into compliance.
Our first meeting with Kay was when we sold off one part of the vacant lot we owned on East Franklin Street. She had the lot sold within one month of listing. We later decided to sell off the other part and had a false start due to legal problems. She was patient and understanding through the whole ordeal. Later we decided to add the house onto the vacant lot and she again had a buyer within a month of listing.
Her tireless effort is a shining example of a dedicated agent.
Kay is to be highly commended for her actions above and beyond the call of duty.
